Order In-Store FAQ


Anything you see online can be ordered in-store to be delivered to your home.


The following Frequently Asked Questions should answer many of your queries regarding our 'Order In-Store' service. For further details please speak to a member of staff in-store.


Is there a minimum spend level to use the Home Delivery service?

No. You can use the Order In-Store service for any products that we have in stock online. Spend £30 or more and delivery will be FREE, otherwise there will be a £3.95 delivery charge.


Will a signature be required upon delivery?

Yes, our couriers will require a signature. If City-Link attempt delivery and there is nobody available to provide a signature you can call Customer Services on 0844 800 5100, and we will arrange for the goods to be left safely or with a neighbour.


Can I add something to my order, once the order has been placed?

No. Once your order has been placed in-store there is no facility to amend it.


Can I change my mind once I have placed my order?

As we aim to process all orders as soon as possible, there is a period of 1 hour only after the order has been placed within which it can be cancelled.


How do I return an item?

Orders placed in-store are covered by the same refund and returns policy as normal store purchases. Please see our Returns page for further details.


Am I able to order something in-store for collection in-store?

Unfortunately no. Delivery is only available to your home or another personal address.


Can I recycle the packaging?

Yes. Both the cardboard box and box filler are fully recyclable.
