How does the Christmas Savings Card work?

It's easy!

1. Pick up a card at any The Entertainer store and start saving with as little as £5
2. Add funds to the card whenever you like by topping it up in-store or online
3. On 18 October 2012 we'll add up how much you?ve saved and give you £1 for every £20 - we'll load this onto your savings card on 24 October
4. Spend your savings in any of our 60 stores

When will I receive my bonus?

We'll tot up your savings and give you £1 for every £20 you put onto the card up to 18 October 2012. This will be credited to your card on 24 October 2012.

Where can I get a savings card?

Christmas Savings Cards are available from any branch of The Entertainer.

When can I spend my savings?

Your savings are redeemable at anytime and don't have to be used before Christmas, but only the funds still on your card on November 1 will count towards your bonus.

Where can I spend my card?

You can spend your card in any of The Entertainer's 60 stores. They are for in-store use only and cannot be spent online or over the phone at this time.

What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

Please take a few moments to register your card. Once registered, you can return to the site if your card is lost or stolen and we'll send you a replacement with your balance intact.

How much cash can I load onto a savings card?

Anything from £5 to £2,000.

How can I check my balance?

Check your balance online or in any store.

How long is my savings card valid for?

The card expires 24 months from the date of the latest transaction.

Can I exchange my savings card for cash?

The Christmas Savings Card may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers and has no cash value.

Can I return purchases made with my savings card?

If you wish to return items purchased with your savings card, the amount will be credited back to the card.

Can I reuse my card?

Yes. You can keep your card and save for next Christmas throughout 2013.

• The Christmas Savings Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
• The Christmas Savings Card can be activated at any till point in store.
• The Christmas Savings Card can be redeemed at any time.
• Activated Christmas Savings Card cards are redeemable in full or part payment towards purchases in The Entertainer stores.
• The Christmas Savings Card may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers and has no cash value.
• The Christmas Savings Card cannot be used to purchase items from TheToyShop.com.
• The Christmas Savings Card cannot be used to purchase The Entertainer Gift Card.
• The minimum amount required to activate or top-up the Christmas Savings Card is £5. The maximum Christmas Savings Card limit is £2,000.
• The Christmas Savings Card will expire and any balance be reduced to zero if it is not used for 24 consecutive months.
• Refunds of purchases made using the Christmas Savings Card will be refunded back onto the card
• The Entertainer is not responsible for the Christmas Savings Cards once activated, which are subsequently lost, stolen, defaced or damaged in anyway and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Only Christmas Savings Cards registered online at TheToyShop.com/christmassavings are eligible for replacement if lost or damaged and the active balance, when reported, will be transferred to another card.
• The Entertainer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the Christmas Savings Card and/or giftcard service, notify of the service's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
