Description

Tex is a gold 1975 Cadillac Coupe de Ville and the owner of Dinoco. Tex and Dinoco represent the best sponsorship any racecar could dream of, including McQueen. Don't let the horns mounted on his grill fool you, he's a big softie. He'll give you the hard sell in the boardroom, but he understands that "there's more to racing than just winning".

After the tie-breaker race, he offers Lightning McQueen the coveted Dinoco sponsorship, which McQueen politely declines in favour of staying with Rust-Eze, his current sponsor. Tex replies that he respects McQueen's decision, but if the young racer needs anything, he is free to ask. McQueen takes Tex up on his offer by arranging for Mater to have a ride in Dinoco's helicopter!
