Supervise your children at all times when they are using a trampoline. Do not use a ladder as it can allow easy access to the trampoline by younger children. Ensure children remove jewellery and clothing that may catch. Jumpers should bounce in the middle of the trampoline. Only one person at a time should jump on your trampoline, as collisions or falls between multiple jumpers due to the bounce of one person de-stabilising another can result in an accident.

Do not attempt somersaults or advanced moves without qualified supervision, as an awkward landing can cause very serious injuries.
