Bought this game for my 5 year old.
He really enjoys playing it although I feel he is at the top end of the age range it woud appeal to - probably better for 3 or 4 year olds.
A bit of assembly required before playing and de-assembly if you want to keep the game in its original box.
I would recommend doing this as we didn't and have already lost one of the balls.
Maybe not quite as sturdy a variosn as I remember from my childhood but adequate.

Bought this as a shared gift for my girls (3 & 5) they love it as they can play together and either is likely to win. However it was soon banned to another room as it is sooooo... noisy. The girls love it I am not so keen as had forgotten the level of noise it makes and that it is before you add the noise of the children on top! But if you have an extra sound proofed room it is a winner if you only have the one room maybe one to avoid! But the plus is it need no batteries and the kids can play with it independenty.
