Description

This pretty sewing machine makes light work of textiles and can be used by Hello Kitty fans as young as six, so it's a great introduction to needlecraft. The machine requires two C batteries that aren't included, but the set does come with:

Unfortunately this machine didn't work at all and my 6year old daughter was highly disappointed. The problem is it is virtually impossible (even for 4 adults who perserved for around 5 hours) to thread the needle. The product looks fantastic but is actually completely impossible to use. My daughter was heart broken on her sixth birthday when she realised her main present from us was a wash out. They are just not built strong enough probably due to Health & Safety reasons. The area where the needle is is plastic. I couldn't find the details of how to return it in time either (as I purchased it in plenty of time before her January birthday) so am now completely out of pocket and my daughter can only look at it.

chain stitch comes undone as soon as you have finished sewing. wish had bought a mini real sewing machine for my 8 year old

Poor quality. Not easy to use. Daughter was very excited when she saw it but very quickly got frustrated with it as the stitches come undone straight away
